- Tayata Om
- "It is like this / Thus it is," and a sacred syllable aligning the universe with your mind.
- Bekanze Bekanze
- "Eliminate pain, eliminate pain." The repetition heals on both a physical and emotional level.
- Maha Bekanze
- "Greatly eliminate pain." Removes deep-rooted causes of suffering to reach ultimate peace.
- Radza Samudgate
- "King of healing" or "ocean of goodness," honoring the Medicine Buddha's boundless compassion.
- Soha
- "So be it," a closing offering of the blessing into the heart.
Music has the power to bring us together — and to heal us. So it makes sense that I put a 2,500-year-old Sanskrit Tibetan Buddhist healing mantra inside a pop song you can actually move to. The Medicine Buddha mantra was revealed, according to ancient texts, specifically for times of mass suffering and spiritual degeneration. I discovered it by accident, got empowered to chant it by Tibetan monks the very next day. This original composition took three years to release.
